Cost

Should a tournament be canceled, or should your team not be accepted into the tournament (this can happen from time to time if the tournament does not have room for all teams in a certain age group), you will receive a prorated refund for that tournament.

Uniforms and Equipment

Teams will be representing the Greater Grand Forks Soccer Club and wear GGFSC Competitive Uniforms.  If you do not have a competitive uniform or need a replacement, please contact Katrina Landman at [email protected] as soon as possible.  The cost of uniforms is not included in the program cost.  Everyone must have the navy and white GGFSC competitive shirts, navy GGFSC competitive shorts, and navy GGFSC competitive socks.

When playing indoor soccer, games may be played on a variety of turfs/floors.  You should therefore have both indoor soccer shoes as well as cleats (in case you play on turf) available.  Shin guards are required in indoor soccer, just as in outdoor soccer.

Team Creation

Teams will be formed by families, the club will not be involved in team formation. If a team is in need of a coach, the Director of Coaching can assist in finding a coach for a tournament.

Note that:
- The club will not be handling team formation.

- Once registered, you are committed to the team, tournament, and cost. 

- If your team registration is not accepted for a tournament, you will receive a refund. 
- The club can assist with finding a coach for your team if needed. 

Practices

It is our intent that each team will have 2 practices before each tournament.  This will depend on available practice space and coaching schedules.  The club and coaching staff will do its best to find a practice time(s) that work for a majority of the players on the team. Teams who want additional practices will need to communicate with the coach and the club. There will be an additional charge per player for each practice time in addition to the two practices included in the tournament fee.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Each tournament has it's own individual registration deadline, they are listed in the chart. The club will need at least a 72 hour notice prior to the registration deadline to get teams registered. To register email: [email protected]
